I want to modify my CPU load. At present, I use the w command to see about 5-10. Can I use something to make the load between 1-3 when I execute the w command? Please help me. Thank you all.

CPU Load is a product of system usage. You lower it by reducing what your system is doing. Stopping apps, doing less things concurrently. linux what is cpu load

CPU Load is a product of system usage. You lower it by reducing what your system is doing. Stopping apps, doing less things concurrently. linux what is cpu load
