I'm trying to access a Linux 64-bit computer via remote access from my Windows 10 computer. I'm unable to use the Ctrl key on Linux via remote access connection. I use Bomgar for remote access. It becomes a problem especially when I need to use the nano text editor and I need the control keys.

No idea what bomgar is; use putty, and Ctrl will be no problem. If that's not an option, use vim ;) instead of nano.
