This is going to be a long question. So I wanted to copy Windows 10 from an HDD to an SSD. I successfully copied the image using Macrium Reflect and was able to boot to Windows on the SSD. I then tried to dual boot Pop OS and misread the dual boot instructions and created a second boot partition on the same drive. I was only then able to boot into Pop OS and not Windows. I did something to the windows boot partition but don't remember exactly what I did. I uninstalled Pop and tried booting into Windows and was greeted with the Blue screen saying I needed to repair my PC.
I created a Windows recovery drive and it booted to the purple Windows Recovery Screen but then got an error saying I didn't have the correct drivers installed. I installed Ubuntu and changed the Windows MBR to an EFI partition but I get the same blue screen.
I went into my bios (asus) and disabled the fast boot option but do not see an option to disable secure boot as that was the resolution to similar questions. So I figure I have a few options.
1) Boot into Ubuntu and somehow repair the boot partition.
2) Find out what drivers Windows Recovery needs and somehow install them or add them to the recovery drive
3) Drastic measure: Wipe Windows and hope I can reinstall it from a recovery drive
The main reason I have Windows installed is to play games and those are all installed on two other SSD's in the pc.
If anyone can tell me how to disable secure boot and do steps 1 or 2, that would be highly appreciated.
EDIT: Ubuntu won't start either now. It hangs on the screen after post with all the background boot info.
