Recently my touchpad hasn't been working. I tried running the following commands and they fixed the problem but only temporarily:
sudo modprobe -r psmouse
sudo modprobe psmouse proto=imps
sudo apt install dconf-tools
When I restart my computer the mouse works only up until the desktop appears, then it becomes frozen. I also found that the two touch scrolling feature is no longer working as well.
This started happening when I went on a weird website. Any way to solve this issue?
