I am facing a trouble of submitting my kernel patch through email.
I can't use git-email, it throws me error -

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
git-email : Depends: git (< 1:2.11.0-.)
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I don't want to downgrade my git version.

Next, mutt needs 2-way verification in order to send email from my gmail.
Also, I don't feel safe to store my gmail password in the text file - settings in the .muttrc.

What option do I have in order to submit my kernel patch?

I am using Debian Linux 9.9 (Stretch)
