鉤盲蛇屬（學名：Ramphotyphlops）是蛇亞目盲蛇科下的一個無毒蛇屬，屬下品種主要分布於東南亞與澳洲地區（當中有一個品種主要分布於美洲），與及太平洋海域的大多數島嶼。目前，鉤盲蛇屬下共有49個品種已被確認。[2]

特徵
鉤盲蛇大多只有12至15公分長，頭部呈圓錐形。身體顏色變化頗大，既有淺至米色的品種，亦可深至紅色、棕色或黑色。而且由於體型細小，個別特徵亦甚模糊，因此如非仔細研究，要分辨各種鉤盲蛇是有一定困難的。
棲息地
鉤盲蛇生活於地底裡螞蟻及白蟻的巢穴中，亦會自行挖掘地洞以作棲息居所。
