Ubuntu Studio 19.04. I am getting feedback and a hum when I stop playing music. Any suggestions?

I just upgraded from Ubuntu Studio 18.04 to 19.04. When I stop playing music with any music player I get a hum from the speakers or a loud feedback sound. This just started after my upgrade. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
